This is a One Day course broken into a morning of theory and an afternoon of practical demonstration and hands-on applied testing methods.

It is available to Candidates who have completed the C&G 2391 qualification, and want to learn how to test quickly and effectively in a practical manner.

The tutors are all seasoned Test Engineers who will candidly reveal and convey their experience in the field, with a view to allowing Competent Duty Holders to learn new techniques & complete their work rapidly and effectively.

Likened to an 'Advance Driving Test', the course is not intended to teach Electrical personnel how to test as such; it is aimed more at taking capable testers and making them excel in their promptness and capacity on a daily basis.

Because this is a specialist field, and not in actuality aimed at all 2391 holders, and due to the nature of the hands-on approach, we must restrict the course to a maximum of 8 candidates and aim to run it twice a year.
